As a fitness coach and a high energy mother of two, my passion lies in living an active lifestyle and inspiring others to find the motivation to improve their fitness levels.

You deserve to 
move well

This is my passion because I've been there. I had a desk job for over 10 years and know it's not easy to stay fit when you sit all day. Then I had a high-risk pregnancy, which resulted in a weight gain of over 40 lbs. I worked hard to get healthy and started weight training. My results inspired my group of friends in my mommy support group, and I didn't want to stop there. 

 

So I went back to school and got certified. 

 

I completed a 1,000-hour internship program, learned all about functional movement, and designed personalized fitness programs for clients of all ages to improve their balance, posture, endurance, strength and flexibility. I also learned to support my clients via Zoom while building a home gym. 

 

I've now trained over 100 people. 

 

I'm ready to help you move well! The equipment in the gym includes dumbbells, kettlebells, trap bars, barbells, bands, boxes, agility ladders, foam/stick rollers, stability balls, mats, sticks, TRX suspension trainer and cable system. Programs focus on active/dynamic stretching techniques, muscle activation, vestibular, balance, mobility, stability and strength.
